Adam Szudarek Named Member of the 2026 Cleveland Student Visionaries of the Year Campaign for Blood Cancer United
Dear Friends and Family,
I am honored to have been asked to be a team member for Blood Cancer United, formerly known as The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s (LLS), 2026 Cleveland Student Visionaries of the Year campaign. This seven-week leadership program challenges student leaders like me to make a lasting impact. From January 23rd - March 14th, 2026, my team, Steele Strikes Cancer, representing [Marion L Steele High School], will be raising critical funds to fuel Blood Cancer United’s mission to cure blood cancers and improve the lives of patients and their families. This opportunity is both a privilege and a responsibility. I am a part of a team of passionate friends and family, and together we’ve set an ambitious fundraising goal of I ideal fundraising goal is atleast $500 dollars. This cause is deeply important to me because. As someone who was diagnosed with blood cancer when I was a child. I feel that not many people in the world have the best grasp on what blood cancer truly entails. I wish to help others have a better understanding of what blood cancer is.
Every dollar raised will directly support Blood Cancer United (the largest nonprofit organization dedicated to ending blood cancers). With your
generosity, we can help fund groundbreaking research, advance lifesaving treatments, and provide patients and families with the education, advocacy, and support they need.
I would be so grateful if you would join me in this effort. Your support, no matter the amount, will bring us one step closer to a world without blood cancers. Contributions can be made in the following ways by March 14th, 2026 (all gifts are tax-deductible):
● Online: Visit our fundraising page at: https://pages.lls.org/svoy/noh/svoynoh26/aszudarek
● Donor-Advised Fund (DAF): Give through our campaign website by selecting the DAF Pay option.
● By Mail: Send contributions to 5740 North Point Parkway. Please make checks payable to “Blood Cancer United” and note my name in the memo line.
Additionally, many employers match charitable contributions. This is an excellent way to increase the impact of your gift. To check eligibility, visit: https://bloodcancerunited.org/matchinggifts
Thank you for considering this request and for supporting a cause that is deeply meaningful to me. Together, we can bring hope to patients and families and help create a future where no one loses a loved one to blood Cancer
With sincere gratitude,
Adam Szudarek
